We recognise that plans may change, and clients may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To accommodate other clients in need, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
This provides our clinics with the opportunity to offer the spot to other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure your future appointment. This deposit will be forfeited if another late cancellation occurs otherwise, it will be deducted at your next appointment. If you are on a package of treatments, a treatment from your package will be forfeited.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our team.
